As an automated, stateless routing proxy:

• Transmission of data is initiated by the user, not by the proxy service.
• The routing, connection, and transmission are carried out through an automatic technical process without selection of material by ProxyWeb.
• ProxyWeb does not modify or host copies of copyrighted works on any persistent media.
• No copies are maintained on our network longer than reasonably necessary for transmission.

2. Copyright Notice Submission

If you believe a destination domain accessed via our network is infringing copyright, notice should primarily be served directly to the hosting provider of the target domain where the file originates.

If you nonetheless wish to submit a domain blocklist request to ProxyWeb Cloud, please provide:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact destination domain/URL you request to be blacklisted from our routing engine.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement of good faith belief and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
