ProxyWeb Cloud provides a free, intermediary web routing service designed to assist users in bypassing local network filters, accessing information, and protecting their local browsing privacy. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the ProxyWeb Cloud infrastructure to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scans, or network exploits.
- Transmitting malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious payloads.
- Conducting financial fraud, phishing scams, credential harvesting, or identity theft.
- Accessing or distributing illegal or non-consensual content.
- Attempting to bypass our rate limits or abuse bandwidth capacity through automated scraping botnets.
Violations of this policy will result in an immediate permanent ban of the offending IP from our edge network.
3. Third-Party Websites & Content Disclaimer
ProxyWeb operates purely as a neutral intermediary conduit. We do not host, curate, control, or endorse any third-party websites, videos, articles, or resources accessed through our proxy engine. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and laws of any destination website you visit.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ProxyWeb Cloud, its developers, or its server operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
